- Digital products are created by Convenient Supplies and delivered electronically. Because of their nature, sales are generally final — see Refunds below.

Refunds
For digital products purchased directly from us, refund requests are handled case-by-case and may also be subject to our payment processor's policies (e.g., Gumroad, Stripe). Contact us within a reasonable time if something isn't right. For physical products, refunds and returns are handled by the retailer that fulfilled your order.
