Convenient Supplies is a brand operated by D&M Holdings LLC. We want you to be happy with anything you get through our Site. Because we offer a few different kinds of products, refunds and returns work a little differently for each.

Digital products (created by us)

Planners, templates, and guides are delivered electronically through our payment processors (e.g., Gumroad, Stripe). If a product is faulty, won't download, or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — a fix, a replacement, or a refund. Because digital goods can't be "returned," refunds for change-of-mind are handled case-by-case and may be subject to the processor's policy.

Featured / affiliate products (sold by third-party retailers)

Many products we feature — including our "Featured TikTok Finds" — are sold and shipped by independent retailers and brands. Your purchase, shipping, returns, and refunds for those items are handled by the retailer that fulfilled your order, under their policy. We're glad to help you find the right contact or point you to that retailer's returns page — just reach out.

Custom / print-on-demand items

Personalized and print-on-demand products (made to order) are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If that happens, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
